Situation
HVAC Distributors, Inc. is a full-service wholesale distributor of heating and air conditioning equipment. The company’s market leadership position is due in part to its ability to proactively exceed customer expectations.

Elevating its web site to dealer service center was another way for HVAC to provide improved service. HVAC’s dealers are an audience with limited time. The goal was to provide them with a way to access HVAC’s value added programs and services 24/7/365.

The site also had to be easy for HVAC to update regularly.

The Big Idea
Create an online dealer service center that makes it easy for dealers to interact with HVAC. Dealers were now able to register for training classes, submit warranty claims, receive product updates, tech tips, service bulletins and installation materials, review order status, place orders and even order marketing support materials – all online.

The site also includes a powerful but easy to use administration tool that allows HVAC staff to update the site at will. HVAC team members can monitor dealer access, maintain product databases and modify content.

By providing dealers with access to HVAC’s value-added services 24/7/365, the new site helped HVAC live its brand promise: “Your Partner for Success.”
